The last wild
peninsula
in the Caribbean

El Valle is what Las Terrenas was twenty years ago — before the world arrived. 1,000+ hectares of protected valley, mountain, and beachfront, held in trust for those who arrive first.

El Valle from Pilón Mountain — the valley, the bay, and the Atlantic beyond

A valley between
two national parks,
intact.

El Valle sits in the only privately-assemblable inter-park corridor on the Samaná Peninsula — connecting Salto El Limón National Monument to Cabo Cabrón National Park. The valley floor is a working agricultural community. The mountains behind it have never been subdivided.

The Samaná Peninsula was recently declared the Dominican Republic's first Ecotourism Province under Ley 34-25. El Valle is its anchor.

We are not building a resort. We are conserving a peninsula — and offering a small number of people the chance to own within it.

This is what
Las Terrenas looked like
in 2005.

Las Terrenas oceanview land now trades at $80–150/m². El Valle sits at a fraction of that — with comparable views, a complete natural setting, and three converging infrastructure catalysts. The gap always closes.

Humpback whales migrate through the bay. Sea turtles nest on the beach. Glass eels ascend the river at night. El Valle has been here for ten thousand years. We intend to keep it that way.

Infrastructure events that re-rate land values don't announce themselves. They're visible in hindsight. These three are visible now.

Arroyo Barril Cruise Terminal

Ley 34-25 — DR's First Ecotourism Province

Samaná was declared the Dominican Republic's first Ecotourism Province. CODEPESA, its governing body, provides a regulatory framework that incentivizes precisely the kind of conservation-linked development El Valle represents. First-mover positioning is available — for now.

5-Star Anchor Announcement

A 5-star international hospitality brand is expected to announce on the Samaná Peninsula. When it does, it will validate the entire regional thesis. El Valle is positioned to capture the value uplift, not chase it.
